My name is Daryl Taylor, the owner of DTI Claims Servicing. As a file examiner for a major carrier in the past, I was amazed at the level of incompetence that seemed to be all to common of a theme in the thousands of estimates reviewed. It was eye opening to say the least!  

A glint of hope would occur occasionally as I would review a claim estimate that was written professionally, followed compliance guidelines, and flowed logically so it was easy to understand. I made note of these adjusters and over time I would see their work come through for review repeatedly. Every examiner can relate to the relief of getting a tough claim but then finding out it was luckily assigned to one of these extraordinary adjusters. I am not saying they never make mistakes, but any they made were easily and quickly corrected and you could count on a thorough job of documentation and scoping the correct claim damages as well as good communications with the insured and their representatives. 

In talking with leaders of the many different brokering companies over the years I have become shocked to find out that many times these extraordinary adjusters, while they were always well respected and certainly known, were not considered to be their superstars. 

Then I was even more shocked and dismayed to discover the "superstars" are actually those all to common adjusters at the complete opposite end of the spectrum that I considered to be the absolute worst. You know what I mean, these guys take too few photos, blurry and not of the right things, not in good order and not described well. Their estimates dont flow with the photos and sometimes give the insured anything and everything and sometimes they fail to give the insured an estimate for half the damages in the photos. Their narrative is cut and paste from generic and rarely specific to the claim. They get lots of rejects, but in the end I guess they do more claims which makes the broker more money!!!!

There is a definate disconnect between the broker closing claims to maximize money and the adjuster doing a thorough and professional job. 

My path to creating DTI Claims Servicing was carved in stone once I found the lack of consistency and follow up that was prevalent in our industry. It is my goal to provide only the best service that you can trust and count on.  

I promise to not accept too many claims for us to handle efficiently. You can depend on us to provide fast quality service. We may make a few mistakes here and there, but you will get revisions returned fast and you will be happy with the quality of work completed.
